This proposed redevelopment of a City Centre property within a sensitive Conservation Area will provide circa 100 studio apartments with ground floor management facilities and basement commercial unit. The scheme is due to start on site in early 2016 with a planned completion date of August 2017.


The Planning Department dictated the façade retention of the front elevation onto which will be added high specification studio apartments arranged around a single vertical access core. The building when complete will front onto the world famous Wolstenholme Square – the home of Cream Nightclub which is also due for complete redevelopment commencing 2106.
