The private residential development element of the NESCOT proposals is a combination of two, three and four bedroom units placed sympathetically adjacent to a proposed Retirement Care Village.

 

Development density has been kept low and appropriate to the local context – as will the architectural styling and use of materials. The scheme incorporates generous areas of high quality landscaping and publicly accessible amenity space with a half an acre park proposed on the sites western Reigate Road frontage. To the perimeter of the site, an enhancement of the mature hedgerow and existing tree retention add to the introduction of new trees and soft landscaping within the site.
