The office suite is located within the Cotton Exchange on Bixteth Street and will act as a base for attracting new client and consultant contacts. We are working with the Charity to provide a new reception and waiting area, which will brighten up the space and ensure it is welcoming for all its users young and old.

Their focus is to: • Increase their effectiveness,• Remove Domestic Client exceptions,• Replace the Approved Code of Practice,• Changes to the threshold notifications,• Replace the CDMc Role to that of Lead Designer, DAY are reviewing the implications of the Regulations and will be running a series of seminars for clients. the-former-valley-centre-rawtenstall-spinning-point DAY Architectural have been making great progress on the Vision and Masterplan for the former Valley Centre in Rawtenstall.  Working closely with the client team the RTB Partnership, led by Gareth Smith, we are working towards sign off on the Masterplan, with the first phase of the project to be submitted to planning, which includes a bus station, car parking, public realm and highway works.
