The new Acute Receiving Centre at Salford Royal Hospital has been designed to deliver High Acuity Care to the local region, and comprises of a new Major Trauma Receiving Suite, linked to the roof-top Heliport. The accommodation includes 5no. Operating Theatres (4 x UCV and 1 x Hybrid), 2 x CT Scanners, 1 x iMRI and 72 High Acuity Beds (50:50 Single:Multi Bed Ratio).
