New build and refurbishment student accommodation in a green belt location.
Set in a green belt, this new build and refurbishment project was driven by the context, not least the high level flood-plane on which the entire scheme sits. Delivering 222 student rooms across two buildings, the project pays due deference to its surroundings, hunkering down to reduce the visual impact in an area of genuine natural beauty.
