Delivered through the P21+ National Framework, this state of the art new build sits adjacent to the existing women’s department at Furness General Hospital and over two floors provides a fourteen bed Delivery Suite, a four cot Special Care Baby Unit, two Transitional Care beds, a Maternity Assessment Unit, two Maternity Theatres, and associated accommodation.
