UoC PBSA, Lancaster
A key part of UoC’s Lancaster campus redevelopment.
This new build, high-quality and design led PBSA building comprises 214 cluster rooms with large communal student amenity spaces over 7 and 10 storeys and associated landscaping works. The project has been designed for the University of Cumbria’s Lancaster campus, replaces the existing halls of residence and other dilapidated buildings and forms part of the wider repurposing works in relation to the continued functioning of the University campus.
